Following a decade of sales experience at IBM, I entered the world of mortgage financing during the refinance boom of the early 1990's. I took a break to raise my family, and then came back to the mortgage business. My broad range of knowledge includes conventional, FHA, and VA mortgages, as well as reverse mortgage lending. Married to a broker for 25 years, and a licensed Realtor myself for 12 years, I truly understand the changes and challenges faced by buyers, sellers, and agents in today's real estate market.
A graduate of the University of Delaware with a B. S. in Business Administration, I'm also an avid knitter, gardener, cook and community volunteer. My husband and I live in Old New Castle with our two collegiate daughters. My goal is to provide exceptional service and knowledge to make every transaction a happy, successful one for all involved.
